Today’s real estate market is tech driven. The National Association of Realtors report as much as 99% of millennials start their homebuying process online. But even establishing an online presence has become a challenge. Photos and videos of your home for sale must be formatted in such a way that they are easily and clearly visible on desktop and laptop computers, tablets, large format smart phones and regular smartphone in both landscape and portrait format.
Some homes are best showcased with static photos. I don’t rely on smartphone pictures; I use professional photographers to capture the right look of your home. Some homes require videos and video tours to show the layout and flow of the home. I like to include panoramic drone shots. This gives prospective buyers a feel for how the home sits on the lot. Also, a sense of the neighborhood and surrounding features.
